National Futures AssociationNational Futures Association (NFA) is the industry-wide, self-regulatory organization for the U.S. futures industry.  The purpose of the NFA is to develop regulatory rules, programs and services that work toward safeguarding the integrity of the futures markets.  In turn, the NFA strives to protect retail investors from fraudulent commodity trading scams and helps the compliant members meet their regulatory responsibilities.
