The are only three guarantees in life - paying taxes, witnessing ALL commodity rallies fail, and death. Renewable commodities will never be monopolized. They aren’t patented products, the barriers to entry aren’t insurmountable, and there will always be substitutes. Some will never admit it, but avocado oil pizza would be just fine.
